Marshal Company was born from comprehensive understanding of residential construction and the behavior of insects and animals.  The concept behind our company is simple.  Think, Think, Think.  By thinking and not being a pest control drone we can be ingenious and use our minds to properly evaluate your pest problems.  By using our people skills, we can talk to our customers and find out what's pestering them.  By using this approach, we can actually solve problems while securing the environment we all care about. 

 

Our Business Model

 

We have thousands of hours performing WDI (Wood Destroying Insect) reports, pest evaluations and inspections on homes all around the Austin metropolitan area.  From a background in construction and degrees in biology and chemistry, our company founder understands how homes are built, how pests behave, where they get in and what chemical impact our industry plays on the environment.  

  

Who We Are

Fay is our Business Manager and runs our office.  She is the one you talk to when you schedule an appointment,  Her ability to help and efficiently operate our business is second to none. 

Michael is our Operations Manager.  He is never in a hurry and not interested in selling you something you don't need.  He would rather tell you how to correct a small issue yourself than take your money.  With years of experience Michael has developed much of our customer service policy and continues to lead our daily operations.

Michael "Miguel" Torres is our organic and lawn expert.  His knowledge of theses areas will astound you,  His frendy attitude and special way of explaining what needs to be done to keep your property happy is one of his best assets.

Doyle is the company founder and idea guy.  He is in charge of selecting the right people to run the show.  He is also responsible for sales, direction and the growth of our business.
