Termites do quick and costly damage to our homes and businesses.  Our product of choice is Termidor and we believe proper installation of this highly effective barrier will protect your property for up to 10 years.  They say there are two types of homes in Texas, homes that have termites and homes that will get termites.  There is actually a 65% chance of getting termites on a home that is ~20 years old built on a slab.  Let us give you a free evaluation and point out what can be done to control termites including mechanical corrections and other suggestions. 

In the central Texas area, Formosan and other termites are rare.  For this reason, we only treat for Native Eastern Subterranean Termites.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

We offer three basic types of termite protection for your home. 

 

  • Conventional treatments - The entire perimeter of the exterior is treated including any downstairs tub areas.  We install nice access doors for easy inspection of the tub drain areas.  Most other companies just cut a hole in the drywall and cover that hole with an ugly piece of material.
  • Spot treatments - A spot treatment consists of approximately ten linear feet to control an active infestation.  Only the treated area is protected.
  • (BEST VALUE) Marshal Company Termite Warranty - We will treat your most conducive areas and provide a 5-year warranty against termite infestations.  We feel this program is the best value simply because it requires less product applied around your home and protects the most conducive areas where the Native Eastern Subterranean Termites are more likely to attack.  But, the most attractive feature of this plan is the overall savings.  See the comparison to the right.

Pricing for termite control varies based on the areas treated.

 

  • Generally speaking the average price of a conventional termite treatments offered by the industry and warranted for one year averages around $700 initially.  Then there is an average cost of ~$99 a year to renew the a one-year warranty.                            Cost over 5 years = $1,096 (~$220/yr.)                                        For the most protection!
  • A spot treatment can cost as little as $150 but only protects one specific area and is generally not renewable.  If it were, it would typically run on average $75 per year.                                       Cost over 5 years = $450 (~$90/yr.)                                              For minimal protection!
